As a busy professional my time is limited. Chicago Paint Crew did more than I could of asked for. They were prompt, complete, reasonable, clean, honest, knowledgeable–basically all of the attributes you would want. They painted six rooms, including ceilings of a couple of them. They even came back and fixed up an issue that was entirely my fault. I would recommend them over and over again.
Chicago Paint Crew went above and beyond with everything. They purchased the paint, arrived early, and immediately started working. Admittedly, the day before, I had second thoughts about the color I chose. I immediately called to discuss, and was reassured and reminded why I chose this paint in the first place. Very professional and did an excellent job. Best paint job I’ve ever had. Best part? No mess. At all. Class act all around. A+
Simply the best. CPC responded to every question and concerns I had. Going the extra mile to ensure everything in the house looked amazing (including things we had not originally noticed). CPC crew were diligent and careful with our old house, pointing out even the most minute details that could give us pause. I wish more people and businesses were like this, paying such attention to detail to the job so that my wife and I didn’t have to fret over anything.
I will use them again and again and again. I could not have picked a better painters.
Not only an incredible job, but incredible customer service. Chicago Paint Crew team went above and beyond for us. We had a tight timeline after purchasing our home and not only did they make it work, but they squeezed in extra last minute requests like painting closets etc. CPC was so friendly and informative. Their attention to detail and professionalism was world class and they really went the extra mile for us. CPC was referred to me by a friend who had the same type of experience, so I imagine they give this kind of care to all their clients. We have a painter for life now and I couldn’t recommend Chicago Paint Crew more.
