At Chicago Paint Crew we believe in quality work, proper application, and superior materials. We do our best to do a great job. If a problem does happen, we are more than happy to come out inspect the problem and repair it under our 3-year Warranty.

Please note that our warranty does not cover:

Any work where the Contractor did not supply the paint or other materials.
Any work which was not performed by the Contractor.
Varnished surfaces.
Surfaces made of, or containing, galvanized metal.
Bleeding caused by knots, rust, or cedar.
Cracks in drywall, plaster, or wood.
Peeling, blistering, or chipping that are caused by mill-glazing from smooth cedar, ordinary wear and tear, and abnormal use or misuse.

All warranty work will be scheduled in accordance with our availability to regular jobs schedule.
